2014年8月4日，我院赴美国西北理工大学交流学习教师团启程，开始了为期一周的交流与培训。

8月4号早上6点，此行教师团团长赵丽在成都双流机场向老师们再次明确了交流学习的目标和任务，并且反复强调了组织纪律，要求大家一定认真遵守。

经过24个小时的长途飞行，学习团于4号中午12:30(美国当地时间)平安抵达旧金山国际机场，随后又乘车于当地时间下午2:30到达西北理工大学。在与校方领导简单会面了解了本次学习的日程安排后老师们回到住处稍事休息。当得知当晚6点正好有商学院的老师在讲课时我们的老师在尚未适应时差的状态下就奔赴教室听了Dr.F.Zhu教授的会计课。课程的内容主要是制造费用的归集。课后相关老师就会计课程的教学目标、教学方法、教学内容和教材的选择以及对学生的考核方法等方面进行了交流，老师们感觉非常受益。

Reports on the Teacher’s Exchange Program in Northwestern Polytechnic University (一)

On Aug.4^th, the 5-member delegation of our college left forAmericaand started the one-week exchange program inNorthwesternPolytechnicUniversity. After all teachers arrived at the Shuangliu International Airport at 6 o’clock in the morning, the team leader Ms. Zhao announced once again the objectives and tasks of this trip, and asked all the team members to observe the organizational discipline.

After about 24-hour’s flight, our delegation arrived at theSan FranciscoInternationalAirportat 12:30pm (local time) and then got toNorthwesternPolytechnicUniversityat 2:30pm by car. President Xie and other staff gave us a warm welcome, and made a brief introduction to their university as well as the schedule for the whole week.

After dinner in the faculty dining room, we attended the accounting class given by Dr. F Zhu at 6:00pm, and this class mainly discussed the summary of financial expenses. After class, we had a discussion with Dr. Zhu about the teaching objectives, teaching methods, teaching content, the selection of textbook and the grade assessment concerning this course. We learned a lot from this class and the discussion with Dr. Zhu.
