今天—8月6日已经是交流学习的第三天，由于本次学习时间短、任务重，西北理工大学方面，安排我院老师进入课堂，与该学院同学一起听课。上午我们在Dr.L.Winters的课堂上学习了《Business Communication》（《商务交流》），下午在Dr.J.Connor的课堂上学习了《DB Design for Business》（《商务数据设计》），下午还在另外一个关于市场学的课堂上，听了一个来自中国的博士的论文初期报告（该学生曾经与她的团队参加过国际学术交流），并与她的论文就研究方向进行了交流和探讨。

中午，谢校长邀请我们到会议室，请该校的教务工作人员给我们演示学校的智能管理系统，大家一边吃简单的工作餐，一边就不明白的问题与谢校长进行交流。

晚上，团员们在团长组织下，对今天的学习进行了交流和总结。大家一致认为：今天又学到了很多新的知识和理念，特别是该校的智能管理系统，让大家感慨这所学校真不愧是地处美国硅谷！

Reports on the Teacher’s Exchange Program in Northwestern Polytechnic University (三)

On Aug.6^th, the third day of the Teacher’s Exchange Program, we visited three classes of Business School. In the morning, we attendedBusiness Communicationgiven by Dr. L. Winters. In this class, he taught the students how to write a customized resume to get themselves competitive for the future job-hunting.

After class, President Xie invited us to the conference room and showed us the CAMSII (Campus Administrative Management System II). Due to lack of time, we discussed how this system worked while having lunch there.

In the afternoon, we attendedDB Design for Businessgiven by Dr. J. Connor. This class discussed how to run business in a smooth way with the help of technology like the useful serves. In another marketing class we attended, a doctorate candidate made a presentation based on the speech she just gave on the international conference held in San Francisco last Saturday. Her presentation discussed the effects of success factors on purchase intention to E-Commerce Company of Alibaba and Amazon. We listened carefully, raised some questions and had a warm discussion together.

In the evening, the whole team joined together in the hotel room and made discussions and summary of today’s study. Every teacher thought it was another meaningful and fruitful day because we’ve learnt a lot of new concepts and experienced the advanced technology, and we were greatly impressed by the CAMSII of NPU.
