Job Description:

1. Daily checking new project opportunities from Singapore Government Project Portal.

2. Work with Director to meeting and interview with oversea project end user to collect IT project requirement.

3. Project bidding documentation preparation and writing.

4. Project presentation slides preparation and writing.

5. Tender documents reading and feedback to Director.

6. Track outsourcing contractor project implementation process.

7. Setup documentation template library for company.

Requirements:

1. Can work at least 20 hours/week.

2. English speaking, listening, reading and writing

3. Windows Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel

4. Have MS Project experience will be highly preferred. (Not must)
